According to Amazon the first graphic adaption of a Louis L'Amour short story will be published in May 2013. The story is Law of the Desert Born and is told over 160 pages.

It's been adapted by Charles Santino and scripted by Beau L'Amour and Katherine Nolan. Illustrated by Thomas Yeates.

I've not read the original but might just be tempted to get this.

I buy almost all western comics that come out. Most of them these days are supernatural westerns though.

It seems the release date has been moved back to September 2013. It's a 160 page hardcover.
