With the publication of LADY COLT IN WHISKEY TOWN expected any day now, I wondered whether anyone out there has read LADY COLT yet, and what your opinions are of female protagonists. Attachments:

I haven't read the book, but it certainly sounds interesting. I'd be up for a lady protagonist.

This one slipped by me, haven't seen it before.
Sounds interesting.
I have a number of series and stand-alone books that have a female lead, haven't read many of those either, but those I have I've mainly enjoyed.

Try Angel Eyes. Came out in the 80's and now they're being release as ebooks and POD paperbacks. 9 books in the series. I really enjoyed writing it.

I remember ANGEL EYES first time round, Bob -- can still see myself avidly reading each one on the long train journey to and from work ... ah, happy days. Interestingly, now that they've changed the title and cover, the first book in the LADY COLT series has started selling much, much better. Go figger! Attachments:
