This is a pretty decent, if obscure, spaghetti oater. You've got William Berger along for the ride in a film that plays out like a murder mystery. There's a cool finale in a sandpit that really lifts the film's spirits.
However, like I mentioned, this is pretty obscure. I've got a VHS of it that's badly cut. From what I understand, I'm probably missing 90 seconds worth of material. Not bad, but I hate that it's cut.
Reportedly, the Italian DVD is a complete cut. However, there's no English sub-titles, so I haven't checked it out.
Saying that, if you run across the VHS, I'd give it a chance even if it the shorter version. It's a decent film.
