I just have the regular Kindle and I love it. Maybe one of these days I'll upgrade, too.

Still can't see the point of a kindle. You can get a tablet for the same price with kindle app pre installed.

Yes Steve love the reviews, one you just did was great, but at $7.99 for the book, I could not pay that much for an ebook. Also you seem to like every book you read is that so or you just don't put up the ones you don't like, so as not to say anything negative ;D One more thing, can you increase the # from 10 to 20 for recent posts Thanks for hosting this board

$7.99 for an ebook? Which one was that? If you wait a while I bet you can pick it up much cheaper as a paper version. As to liking every book I read you've guessed more or less right. I've always wanted my blog to be positive, and as we all have different tastes something I don't like someone else might. Hopefully you should be able to pick up which I like more than others. These days, as I have so many books waiting to be read, if it doesn't grab me in the first 30 or so pages I put it aside and read something else. This can be due to the writing style not clicking with me, or simply having a similar plot to one I've just read - for instance a range war with the hero rescuing a widowed woman from a land grabber, not that there is anything wrong with this plot line it's just how many of these can you read in a row? By doing this I avoid having to put up reviews that aren't overly positive. As for recent number of posts, I'll look into it and see if I can. - Have now done so -

Thanks Steve for all the updates on thoughts and reviews, also the20! it came in handy today as there was so much going on I would have missed some of it. As for the $7.99 ebook, it is Bladen Cole. Bounty Hunter. Your review piqued my interest and the sample from Amazon was good, but............... I hope it comes down in price

Today more than ever, price is a real consideration. Why some publishers (and in some cases, authors themselves) effectively price themselves out of the market is beyond me. And let's not forget that the market is pretty crowded right now, what with ultra-prolific writers like a certain Marvin W. Bronson of our acquaintance. The competition should be fierce. Like Ian, I read your review of BLADEN COLE and immediately went to buy it ... but the price for the download stopped me dead in my tracks.
